Originally from the Philadelphia area, Shannon was inspired to pursue a career in real estate after shadowing her father’s residential and commercial real estate endeavors. In 2008, Shannon received a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Towson University in Maryland; in 2007, she studied abroad at Richmond University in London, England where she grew an appreciation for Old World architecture.

After becoming an agent in 2015, Shannon’s natural empathy and tireless advocacy for her clients became immediately apparent to clients and colleagues alike, earning her a reputation as a strong negotiator and rising star in the luxury real estate market. Licensed in DC and Maryland, Shannon’s community engagement, strong sales record, and reputation among her colleagues has earned her the title of Vice-President at TTR Sotheby’s early in her career.
